Niffler On The Loose

By Y4 reporters Ben Albiston and Thomas Wood

On Monday, year 4 saw a Niffler on CCTV in our primary school and we were all very shocked. “Nifflers are known to steal anything shiny or glittery and are very good at escaping” said Ben. “Nifflers are extremely rare to see and are fantastic creatures and are amazingly fascinating!” shouted Thomas.

The Story

It was a Monday morning and Year 4 had just came back after the weekend. Our teacher (Miss Amatt), told us when she arrived all of the pencil pots were open, books scattered everywhere and the whole room was trashed. “It looked like a bomb had hit it, honestly!” spoke Miss Amatt. The next day, year four saw a picture of the fantastic beast on CCTV and found a fair amount of clues as well. On the field, there were big holes and pieces of dry bread. After, we found a nest of everything shiny like clingfilm, 4 pencil sharpeners, Christmas decorations and a fellow classmate’s poppy key ring. We got in contact with Amos Diggory at the Ministry Of Magic. He got back in contact by sending us a video. We still have no clue where the Niffler is or what he is doing. It is a mystery!
